Basement waterproofing in Brampton from our crew next door in Mississauga. Our waterproofing company fixes leaks, cracks and sewer backups and installs backwater valves that qualify for Peel’s rebate.

I have known this company for many years and used them a few times when I lived in Mississauga. I since moved way north to Innisfil. Today I had an issue with my water pipe for my water purification system, it started leaking and was about to burst. I called DrainCom and asked for an estimate for repairs, remembering how good of the job they used to do at my old address! Not only they gave me a great price but we're able to send a technician today. Valentin showed up on time and did his job very professionally and efficiently! He was in and out in an hour. Keep up great work guys! I recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing repairs, small or big!
My shower faucet was broken, so needed repair. Called DrainCom and asked for Val to set up appointment. Val did some repair work for my kitchen pipe a year ago, and his fix was truly a fix, and no more leaking water. This time Val arrived on time. He always put on shoe cover before entering house. He fully examined current shower faucet and explained the work needs to be done. He really knows all plumbing products. It wasn't a quick replacement, complicated with cutting pipes and reconnecting and sealing. Impressed by his quality work and professionalism. After repair he also cleaned debris and ensured everything was in order. Highly recommend Val for his master plumbing work. Company's supporting staff are very friendly and willing to help.
Terrific service. When we had problems with our sump pump, Draincom responded quickly and came out to fix the problem. They worked within our schedule and identified and corrected the issue quickly. Well done!
Thank you for your review, we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are happy to know you were satisfied with your experience. It was our pleasure to be of service to you and we look forward to your referrals! Wishing you all the best, DrainCom Team
Excellent service, prompt, tidy and fast. But not rushed. Prepared to support the quality of their work.

See All 100 ReviewsIn a flash flood, the sanitary sewer fills and water pushes back up your pipe and out the lowest drain in the house. A backwater valve closes and stops it. We camera your sewer line, install the valve with a City of Brampton permit, and set you up for Peel's rebate.
Homes built in the 1950s and 60s often have clay or cast iron drains. Roots get in at the joints and grow until the pipe chokes. The first sign is a slow floor drain or a gurgling toilet. We find the problem on camera, clear it with hydro jetting, and repair or replace the damaged section, often trenchless.
North and west Brampton homes are younger, but young doesn't mean dry. Backfill settles, poured walls crack, and tie rod patches fail. We inject cracks and tie rods from inside, and dig only when the wall needs a full membrane.
Clay soil holds water against your foundation. Pressure builds and forces it through the cove joint. We relieve it with interior weeping tile and a sump pit, or exterior drainage at the footing.
Many Brampton homeowners add a legal second unit. A damp basement will stop that project cold. We waterproof first, then build the separate walkout entrance if you need one. One contractor, one schedule.
We replace failing pumps, add battery backup and alarms, and rebuild flooded window wells with drains tied into the weeping tile.
Peel Region pays 60% of your invoice, up to $1,500 including tax, for a sanitary backwater valve. To qualify:
We pull the permit, book the inspection and give you the itemized invoice Peel asks for. You send in the form; we’ll help you fill it out.

Our waterproofing company serves all of Brampton with interior basement waterproofing, exterior basement waterproofing, crack repair, sump pumps and backwater valves. If you searched basement waterproofing near me from Bramalea, Springdale or Heart Lake, we’re the crew next door.
Both methods work. The best one for your home depends on the leak, the foundation and the lot.
Interior waterproofing, sometimes called internal basement waterproofing, works from inside. We break out a strip of floor along the walls, install perforated weeping tile, cover the walls with a dimpled DELTA-MS membrane and pipe the water to a sump pump. It’s ideal before finishing a basement or building a legal second unit. Interior work runs $100 to $240 per linear foot.
Exterior waterproofing treats the outside of the foundation. We dig down to the footing, seal cracks, apply a membrane, replace the weeping tile and backfill with clean stone. It’s the right fix for Bramalea and Peel Village homes where 1960s clay weeping tile has failed. Typical cost: $150 to $400 per linear foot.

Intense rain closed 11 intersection areas across the city and flooded Peel Village Golf Course. Basements filled where sewers overloaded and floor drains had no valve.
Downtown Brampton sits in the creek’s floodplain. The creek was diverted in 1952, and downtown remains a special flood policy area studied with the TRCA.
Bramalea and Peel Village date from the 1950s and 60s, with aging clay drains. Springdale, Castlemore and the northwest are newer, with settlement cracks and tie rod leaks.
Brampton clay drains slowly and pushes groundwater against foundation walls after every storm.
What every job includes:
Over 20 years we’ve waterproofed more than 300,000 linear feet of foundation walls and installed about 700,000 feet of membrane and weeping tile. Our office is at 1307 Kamato Rd., Mississauga, ON L4W 2M2, a short drive from Brampton. Hours: Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., with emergency response by phone for active flooding and sewer backups.
If the valve was installed after July 16, 2024 with a permit, serves one dwelling unit, and your home hasn’t had this rebate in 10 years, you likely qualify. We check during the inspection.
Not under Peel’s current rules. Basement apartments that share a lateral with the main home don’t qualify. A valve is still worth installing, and we can price it for you.
We haven’t found a separate City program. Peel Region’s backwater valve rebate is the main one for Brampton homeowners.
We’re based in Mississauga, so Brampton is a short drive. Active leaks and sewer backups get priority.
Yes. The City of Brampton requires one, and Peel requires it for the rebate. We pull it for you.
Yes, and you should. We waterproof, install drainage and a sump if needed, and can build the walkout entrance too.
Interior waterproofing runs $100 to $240 per linear foot and exterior $150 to $400. A backwater valve runs $2,200 to $3,500 before the rebate.
