I was immediately impressed by Valentin when he arrived exactly when he said he would. I know that isn’t particularly high standard but it isn’t unfortunately all that common. He was up front with me about the cost and work he was going to do fixing my bathtub drain and made sure to answer all of my questions I might have had.
