Our Projects
These are real DrainCom job sites: basements, backyards, side yards and city sewer connections in Toronto, Mississauga and across the Greater Toronto Area. Just our crews, our trucks and the work we do every week.

PROJECT TYPE 01
When water is coming through the foundation wall, the most permanent fix is from the outside. We dig down to the footing, clean and seal the wall, and add a drainage membrane and new weeping tile so water is carried away before it reaches your basement.
PROJECT TYPE 02
When digging outside isn’t practical (a finished patio, a shared wall, a tight side yard), we waterproof from the inside. We cut the perimeter floor, install interior weeping tile and a dimple membrane, and send the water to a sump pit.
PROJECT TYPE 03
A leaking crack in a poured foundation is one of the most common calls we get, especially after a wet Ontario winter. Most cracks can be sealed from the inside without excavation, and we’ll tell you if yours can.
PROJECT TYPE 04
A sump pump is the quiet hero of a GTA basement, until it quits during a spring thaw. We install new pits, replace tired pumps, add battery backups, and help with the city rebate paperwork where it applies.
PROJECT TYPE 05
A backwater valve stops city sewer water from backing up into your basement during heavy storms. We install mainline full-port valves and handle the permit, locates, final inspection and the rebate application for you.
PROJECT TYPE 06
Tree roots, collapsed clay pipe and old cast iron are common in older GTA homes. We replace broken sewer lines under basement floors, through side yards and out to the city connection, then leave the site clean.
PROJECT TYPE 07
Before we recommend digging, we look. A drain camera shows exactly where the root, crack or blockage is, and high-pressure jetting clears grease, roots and debris from lines that just need cleaning.
PROJECT TYPE 08
Old clay weeping tile collapses and clogs over time, and water ends up in your basement. We remove failed tile, install new perforated pipe in clear stone, and add French drains to pull water away from problem areas.
PROJECT TYPE 09
Rusted or poorly drained window wells are a common source of basement leaks. We replace old wells with new corrugated steel wells, add a proper gravel drain, and connect it to the weeping tile below.
PROJECT TYPE 10
After a drain repair or waterproofing job, the floor has to go back better than it was. We pour and finish new basement concrete, lower floors, and repair or replace old, rusted floor drains.
PROJECT TYPE 11
We also take on the plumbing side: replacing old lead water services, installing backflow prevention assemblies, and roughing in new washrooms and water lines.
Big excavation or a single floor drain, the process is the same.
We look before we quote, usually with a drain camera. You see what we see.
One price, the options explained, and any city rebates you qualify for.
We book the permits and utility locates, and send photos as the work goes in.
We leave the site clean and back the waterproofing with a 25-year transferable warranty.
Wet basement, slow drain, cracked foundation or a sump pump on its last legs? Our fully stocked trucks come to you anywhere in the GTA. The inspection is free.
