I had a sump pump job done by DrainCom. I am extremely happy with both the customer service I received from Serge and Talin, as well as the professional job that was done by Serge. He was kind enough to even inspect the discharge line with a camera after the job was completed and added an extension for the line to protect it from freezing. He took the time to explain everything to me. I am very grateful for having come across this company. Quality work, expertise, and great customer service, all in one package, and very pleasant to deal with. I could not be happier. I highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you.
First and foremost, I want to thank the lady who answers the phone. I've asked for so many time changes, she jumped hoops to get someone to my house the day I needed them. Honestly she's the best. That's when I knew I was in good hands. Didn't even care about prices or anything. I was going to go with them.Thank you so much. I owe you. I had Serge visit my home. He's a true professional, he is very trustworthy and knowledgeable. He told me not to worry and told me I had no issues with my foundation, floor drain and other issues I had him look at. He went beyond what he did to make sure I was very satisfied. Serge is very easy to talk too, he recommended a few things but was very honest. I will definitely call Draincom for all my leak needs. I believe they are the best in the business and will use them again. Thank you Serge.
I highly recommend DrainCom. They are one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. They respond quickly and easily diagnosed the problem. They employ highly skilled workers who arrive punctually and do a superb job. They often go above and beyond the call of duty. They are an absolute pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with them again. We have already recommended them to others!
Thank you for your review, we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are happy to know you were satisfied with your experience. It was our pleasure to be of service to you and we look forward to your referrals! Wishing you all the best, DrainCom Team
I had a leak in my basement (water was coming through the floors) and called a few reputable and well-known companies. Most of them said it was a crack in the foundation and quoted me 8Kto 15K to fix the problem. Many of them were very convincing that it was the problem. I took one last chance and called Serge. He came the next day, diagnosed the problem with his equipment and knowledge and found out that one of the pipes was broken and was leaking lots of water. The fix was 500 bucks! If you have a leak in your basement, don’t go to anyone else! This company is honest, reliable and tell the truth. They also are very knowledgeable and I felt that they actually cared for me as a customer more than making money.

If your basement only leaks in March and April, the water table is rising with the snowmelt. We install perimeter drainage and a sump pump with battery backup so the seasonal rise drains away instead of coming in.
Most foundation cracks we fix in Aurora are in homes built after the mid 1970s. Poured walls shrink and settle. Injection seals the crack through its full depth, usually in a few hours.
Northeast Old Aurora is a heritage conservation district, with stone and early block foundations. We repoint, parge and add interior drainage without disturbing the historic wall.
In Aurora, you own the sewer lateral from your house to the property line. Roots, sags and cracks in that pipe cause backups. We camera the line, clear it with hydro jetting, and repair it trenchless where possible.
On the moraine, a sump pit can run for weeks in spring. We install a properly sized pump, battery backup and a high-water alarm, and make sure the discharge drains away from the house.
Tell us what you’re seeing. We find the real cause, give you a written price and fix it once.
The Town of Aurora doesn’t currently offer a backwater valve or sump pump subsidy. So we work to keep your bill fair:
As a waterproofing company serving Aurora, we offer interior basement waterproofing, exterior basement waterproofing, crack injection and sewer repair. Searching for basement waterproofing near me in Old Aurora or Bayview Wellington? We come to you.
The right choice depends on where water gets in, how deep your basement is and how much room there is to dig. We’ll show you which one fits after a free inspection.
Interior waterproofing, also called internal basement waterproofing, stops water from inside the house. We open a channel around the floor’s edge, lay new weeping tile in clear stone, fix a DELTA-MS membrane to the walls and drain it all to a sump pit. It handles moraine groundwater that rises under the slab every spring. Expect $100 to $240 per linear foot.
Exterior waterproofing keeps water off the wall in the first place. We excavate to the footing, clean and repair the wall, apply a waterproof membrane, lay new weeping tile and restore your yard. It suits post-1975 poured walls with several cracks or a failed membrane. Expect $150 to $400 per linear foot.

Snowmelt raises the water table on the moraine. Groundwater presses on your walls until it finds a way in. Perimeter drainage and a sump pump handle it.
